2 oz. Select
1 oz. jalapeño strawberry syrup
6-8 mint leaves
2 slices of jalapeño (core them)

Step 1
Muddle the mint and jalapeño slices with syrup. Add ice and Bourbon to a high ball glass. Shake, strain, top with club soda.
