1 oz Soldier's Cut Bourbon Whiskey
1/4 oz Demerara simple syrup
2 dashes cardamom bitters
rosemary pear tincture wash
orange peel
rosemary garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse glass with tincture.
Step 2
Add ice sphere and dash bitters over sphere.
Step 3
Add syrup, whiskey, bourbon and stir with spoon.
Step 4
Express orange peel.
Step 5
Garnish with rosemary.
